having trouble with mobile speak

Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me out hear. I tried installing mobile speak to my phone. I went through all the process of installing. It is in the phone but I'm not getting anything from it. I tried making it louder but it doesnt work. Thank you very much in advance.

What type of phone do you have, and which version of Mobile Speak did you install?

I have the HTC Touch Pro. It has windows 6.1 and I'm not sure wich version of mobile speak it is. It is the one that's suppose to work because the wissered chooses what it should install. I believe that it is 2.22 or something like that.
